Reporting a Bereavement - Memoreaz

We at Memoreaz extend our heartfelt condolences for your loss. We understand that this is an exceptionally difficult time, and we're here to help ensure that the memories of your loved one are kept alive. This page allows you to inform us about the passing of a loved one, allowing us to activate their Memoreaz memorial account.

How It Works

1. Enter the unique code assigned to your loved one (this can be pre-filled if you used the link provided to them by Memoreaz).
2. Upload a copy of the death certificate. This is a necessary step for us to confirm the passing and to protect the privacy and dignity of your loved one.
3. Ensure that the Cloudflare Captcha has succeeded. This helps us verify that submissions are genuine.
4. Click "Submit". Our team will review the information, and upon validation, activate the Memoreaz memorial account.
